The fourth temporary meeting of the third workers' Congress of Huafang Co., Ltd. was held in No. 2 conference room of the company's conference center on April 23, 2021. The meeting was held and convened in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law. The employee representatives attending the meeting elected Wang Guodong and Zhang Yanbing as the employee representative supervisors of the seventh board of supervisors by open ballot (resume attached).

Wang Guodong and Zhang Yanbing meet the qualifications and conditions of the company law and the articles of Association for the appointment of supervisors. There is no situation that they are not allowed to act as supervisors, and they do not hold the positions of directors, general manager and other senior managers of the company.

According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the seventh board of supervisors of the company will be composed of three supervisors, two of whom are employee supervisors.
