At the beginning, I was editing the website. I wrote the first version. In fact, we never had the second version.

CEO is different from being a roommate, so it is very different to do something and imagine.

Maybe one day the company will expand to thousands of people.

They all quit school and moved to California to work for you.


I think you have to stand at a higher angle to imagine future prospects. You have to have a research team that can develop the products you are developing together, and then you need a finance department, or something else that you didn't think needed before.

For example, to run a website to make the facilities work, to maintain a twenty or thirty development team. After having the manpower, you have to supervise their work, but they cannot control them too much.

They are very smart people, we hire them because they have excellent ideas and independent research and development capabilities, but you have to make sure that these ideas and products are in line with standards, or are excellent in product and research and development.
