Xie Shaomeng asked that office workers should enhance their professional quality, improve their service ability and conscientiously do all kinds of service work in the office.

First, we must pay attention to

Study

At ordinary times, we should be diligent in learning, diligent in thinking and diligent in practicing. We should take careful measures in the process of writing articles, revise and revise them, and modify them in a roundabout way. We should learn more about current affairs politics, grasp the high, middle and upper levels of dynamics, catch information collection points, write information in time, and report information.

Two, we must pay attention to

responsibility

We must conscientiously do a good job of separating things from each other. We must use our heart and mind carefully, and strive for the best. We must be enterprising and willing to devote ourselves. We always love our work and do our jobs.

Three, we must pay attention to

program

Procedures are the dead points of offices. Once they are not handled according to procedures, it is easy to produce errors, or even irremediable errors. Therefore, we must strictly follow the procedures, and at the same time, we must have some flexibility.

Four, we must pay attention to efficiency.

Efficiency is the life of the office. It is necessary to learn ten fingers to play the piano, to prioritize everything, to do urgent things, to do special things, to do things difficult and to do things quickly, so that everything in the office is orderly and orderly.
